Return & Refund

This return policy applies only to DNATESLA.com online purchase orders.

If the product is the customized product and in the production or after delivery , no refund , but can be replaced in case of production problems. After we receive your return, our quality assurance team will check your return. After the inspection is complete, our customer service representative will assist you in placing a replacement order for a replacement.

Return Qualification Requirements:

1. . Orders exceed 14 days do not accept return or exchange of goods
2. . Orders only accept return or exchange of goods within 14 days;

(To be eligible for return, your goods must be unused and in the same condition as the goods you received. Your goods must use the original packaging. Your goods need a receipt or proof of purchase.)

         3. No return or exchange on product marked as customized (eg., Yoke Steering Wheel,Tuned Headlights....etc.).Buyer must understand very well that customization is a non standard specs and can't be a reason for asking return or refund.

Refund instructions:

You will be responsible for paying the freight of the returned goods, as well as the possible customs duties and other expenses. Freight is non refundable. If you receive a refund, the return freight will be deducted from your refund.

If the product is shipped via free shipping, a 25% restocking fee would be charged to cover our expense in shipping cost. For non-free shipping items, 10% restocking fee will be charged. For unshipped items, 5% card processing fee will also be applied.

Returns are only available for items with retail price above $100. Any items that were purchased for less than $100 are final sale. goods must be in its original packaging, and retain all certificates, guarantees, authenticity cards,original invoices, and gifts.

The product must be found intact and in compliance with the original purchase conditions.

Please note that some items cannot be returned due to their product nature. we may decide to return or exchange excluded items, for example if you receive damaged items. If this happens, contact after-sales customer service immediately.

Limited 1 Year Warranty: Coverage includes defects to original product, but does not cover wear and tear, and/or damages caused by installer.*

*Customized Products Warranty is 6 month only .
